Frequently asked questions
The eight questions wholesale buyers ask Joong first — MOQ, delivery, payment, trade accounts, returns.
Frequently asked questions about Joong Warehouse
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Joong Warehouse sells in case or carton quantities. MOQ for most SKUs is 1 case or carton — the exact quantity is shown on each product page. Mixed-case orders are allowed, so you can buy one case of one SKU and one case of another to build a wholesale basket without hitting a single-SKU minimum.
Do you deliver across Jamaica?
Joong delivers on scheduled routes across Kingston, St. Andrew, and St. Catherine. Deliveries to other parishes are arranged on request. Pickup from the Kingston warehouse is also available Monday through Saturday.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash, bank transfer, and debit card. Approved trade account holders may qualify for net payment terms after a buying history is established. Contact the team via WhatsApp to open a trade account.
Do you carry [specific brand]?
Joong stocks a mix of major hardware brands across plumbing, electrical, and tool categories. For a specific brand or part number, send the SKU or photo via WhatsApp and the team will confirm availability and case pricing.
How do I open a trade account?
Contractors, resellers, and registered businesses can open a trade account by providing business registration (TRN or TCC) and a delivery address. Trade account holders get priority fulfillment and may qualify for net terms after a buying history is established.
What are your pickup hours?
The Kingston warehouse is open for pickup Monday through Saturday. Confirm exact hours via WhatsApp before visiting — holiday hours apply.
What is your returns policy?
Unopened, undamaged cases in original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery with a valid receipt. Defective items covered under manufacturer warranty are exchanged per the brand's warranty terms — bring the item and receipt to the warehouse.
What is the difference between wholesale and retail pricing?
Wholesale pricing is set for volume buyers ordering by the case or carton, and typically runs 15–35% below retail-store unit prices on the same SKU. Larger basket totals unlock additional tiered discounts.
